These Terms govern your use of Vinyasana.Pro Lawn Care. By accessing our services, you agree to the following:
- Bookings: Schedules may shift due to weather or safety conditions.
- Pricing: Transparent rates displayed before confirmation; taxes may apply.
- Payments: You agree to pay the confirmed price using approved methods.
- Cancellations: Notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid fees for one-time visits.
- Use: You may not misuse the service or interfere with operations.
- Liability: We are not liable for indirect damages beyond statutory obligations.
- Disputes: Governed by applicable Canadian laws.
If any provision is invalid, remaining terms continue in effect.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, purchasing, or otherwise using Vinyasana.Pro Lawn Care services, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement and accept these Terms, our Privacy Notice, and applicable service policies. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services
We provide residential and commercial lawn care, including mowing, edging, trimming, seasonal cleanup, and related maintenance. Service availability depends on your location, weather conditions, and seasonal constraints. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
3. Scheduling and Access
We aim to arrive within the scheduled window. Weather, equipment, and traffic may cause adjustments. You authorize personnel to access the portions of your property required to deliver the service and agree to secure pets and remove obstacles (e.g., toys, hoses, debris).
- Gate, lockbox, or code access must be accurate on the service date.
- Unsafe conditions may lead to rescheduling or partial service.
- We may document pre-existing damage for quality assurance.
4. Pricing and Taxes
Prices are displayed before confirmation and may vary by lot size, complexity, and frequency. All fees are in CAD unless stated otherwise. Provincial and federal taxes may apply.
Quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to on-site verification. Material surcharges, if any, are disclosed prior to work commencement.
5. Payment
You authorize the selected payment method for the confirmed amount. Recurring plans may be charged after each visit or monthly, as disclosed at signup. Late or failed payments may incur administrative fees and suspension of service.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
For one-time visits, cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a short-notice fee. Recurring plans allow one free reschedule per billing cycle when requested at least 24 hours prior to the appointment window.
7. Safety and Conduct
Safety is our priority. We may pause or refuse service if conditions pose risk to clients, neighbors, staff, or property. You agree not to direct services that violate applicable regulations or safety guidelines.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
Services are provided “as available.” Except as required by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Coverage may exclude issues arising from pre-existing lawn conditions or unreported obstacles.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vinyasana.Pro and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of British Columbia. Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes informally. If unresolved, parties may seek remedies in the courts of British Columbia.
11. Privacy and Cookies
We collect minimal data necessary to deliver and improve services. Cookies help remember your preferences, analyze site traffic, and deliver essential functionality. You can adjust cookie preferences below.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
